Finstreak
A financial operating system that connects CEO/CFO operating briefs with a calmer mobile interface for everyday money decisions.

Product direction, interface design and frontend prototyping
I designed the CEO/CFO operating brief, cash ledger, operating plan, close-readiness surfaces and the companion phone-emulator experience.
Close the gap between financial context, the next management conversation and the small money decisions people make on a phone.

The problem
Financial information often arrives as transactions, reports and spreadsheets, while leadership decisions happen in a different conversation. The space between the number and the decision is where context gets lost, ownership becomes unclear and operating reviews become theatre. On a phone, the same problem appears in smaller moments: a money action can feel disconnected from the system that records it.
The product idea
Finstreak is positioned as a connected financial operating system for CEOs, CFOs and everyday finance decisions. The core idea is an executive operating brief that puts people, numbers and next decisions into the same frame, with different emphasis depending on whether the user is leading the company or the finance function. The companion mobile shell explores how that same clarity could feel more immediate and personal on a small screen.
What I built
The desktop prototype includes an interactive CEO/CFO operating brief, a cash ledger for operating cash, burn and runway, an operating-plan view for planned versus actual spend, and a close-cadence surface for reconciliations and evidence requests. The role switch changes the language and priority of the brief instead of merely changing a colour.
The mobile prototype uses a phone-emulator experience to explore compact information architecture, screen transitions, navigable states and a calmer interaction language for personal finance. The marketing experience also includes a private-beta request flow and responsive in-page navigation.
These are local prototype interactions, so the interface demonstrates the product logic without claiming to be connected to production financial data.
Outcome
A connected desktop and mobile prototype that makes the product thesis tangible: finance should help a team decide what happens next, while personal money tools should make small actions easier to see, understand and continue. The strongest proof surfaces are the cash view, the operating budget, the close-readiness loop and the navigable phone shell.
What remains
The next version needs real data integrations, permissions, audit history, forecast methodology, secure evidence handling and conversations with finance leaders who would use this every week. On mobile, the next step is not adding more screens. It is choosing one financial behaviour to test with real people, then validating whether the interface reduces hesitation and confusion.
A connected desktop and mobile prototype: role-based operating briefs, cash-ledger proof, budget views, close cadence and a navigable personal finance shell.
