San's Deli

San's Deli

Problem

San's Deli, a beloved local Pizza Cafe, needed to increase their local visibility and foot traffic. Their existing digital presence wasn't effectively capturing the local audience, showcasing their menu, or highlighting the unique, welcoming atmosphere of their cafe.

Insight

For a local eatery, a strong digital footprint requires more than just a landing page. A combination of an inviting, easy-to-navigate website (for menus, hours, and location) and an active, engaging social media presence is essential for building a loyal customer base and driving real-world reach.

Process

I approached this project with a dual-pronged strategy. First, I designed and developed a modern, appetizing website centered around their menu and the customer experience, ensuring it was highly optimized for mobile users searching on the go. Concurrently, I crafted a social media marketing plan specifically focused on audience engagement, featuring high-quality visuals of their pizzas, behind-the-scenes content, and community-focused interactions.

Solution

The final deliverable was a cohesive digital identity that bridged the gap between their online presence and the physical cafe. The website provides a seamless user experience with clear calls-to-action. The social media strategy established a consistent posting schedule and utilized interactive content to foster a genuine community around the brand.

Outcome

The synchronized web and social media approach led to a noticeable increase in both online engagement metrics and in-store customer reach. San's Deli successfully established a stronger, more interactive connection with their local community, driving more pizza lovers through their doors.
